Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly if the service was not completed as agreed or if there was an issue such as missed areas. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable if services were canceled or altered after booking. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraudulent claims.
